تخصص الطبيب : الدكتوراه في الحساسية والربو والمناعة
أول طبيب سعودي يختص في الحساسية والمناعة , يحمل شهادة الدكتوراه ( البورد الأمريكي) في الحساسية والربو والمناعة منذ عام 1977م من تنسي ميديكال سنتر ,وقد التحق بمستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث عام 1980م وأنشأ أول وحدة للحساسية والمناعة في المستشفى ودرب على يديه عدداً من الأطباء السعوديين .
له العديد من النشرات والمقالات في المجلات والصحف المحلية والعربية , وله مؤلفات وكتب عدة
هو زميل الأكاديمية الأمريكية للحساسية والربو والمناعة والكلية الأمريكية للحساسية والربو والمناعة منذ عام 1987م وعضو الأكاديمية الأوروبية للحساسية والمناعة الإكلينيكية منذ عام 1985م وله عدة دراسات عن مسببات الحساسية في المملكة .
